Also this is how you do it in real life.
1) Run towards the obstacle
2)Dive forward pushing off of your left foot
3) Place your left hand on the obstacle as you travel over it
4) Now while your weight is over your left hand, scissor kick right leg backwards and left leg forward.
5) If you have not already, push off of the obstacle with left hand.
6) Land on your toes with your knees bent.
NOTE: If you are left handed simply use the opposite hand and leg
